Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- As a Sales Manager you identify, prioritize and acquire potential new national and international B2B customers
- In addition, your tasks include the establishment and expansion of new business relationships, as well as the support and further development of existing customer relationships
- You take over negotiations with national and international customers
- You analyze market, product, and price potentials in order to expand your knowledge about an optimal presentation of assortments, trends and brands
- You define measures and plans to achieve the company’s goals
- You expand the sales activities in your team within the fashion industry
- The close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, is also up to you to ensure that we act in the best interest of the company
Your Qualification
- A degree in the field of textile management, business administration or similar
- Professional experience in international Account/Sales Management and ideally a customer network in the fashion industry
- Great passion for fashion and sales
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, as well as a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
- A communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
